Every MyCo role is fully remote within the United States. We're a small, fast-moving team building the all-in-one HR, payroll-prep, attendance, and field-workforce platform for US small and mid-sized businesses. The salary ranges below reflect US market rates; final offers depend on experience.

Business Growth Specialist

Remote — USFull-time$55,000–$75,000 base + commission (OTE ~$90K–$120K)

You'll own the top of our funnel — turning outbound outreach and inbound interest into booked demos and new customers among deskless, field-heavy US teams (construction, HVAC, home services, logistics, and more).

What you'll do

  • Run targeted outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn) to owners and ops leaders at 30–200-employee US field-service businesses
  • Qualify inbound leads quickly and book product demos for the sales team — or run them yourself as you ramp
  • Build and manage your pipeline in the CRM, keeping every lead scored, sourced, and followed up on time
  • Learn each prospect's tool stack and pain points, and position MyCo as the one app that replaces five
  • Hit weekly activity and booked-demo targets and feed what's working back into our messaging

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years in sales development, inside sales, or business development (B2B/SaaS a plus)
  • Comfortable on the phone and writing crisp, personalized outreach
  • Organized, self-directed, and consistent — you can run your own day in a remote role
  • Curious about how small businesses actually operate; able to talk to a busy owner like a peer
  • US-based with authorization to work in the US

Enterprise Sales Executive

Remote — USFull-time$80,000–$110,000 base + commission (OTE ~$160K–$220K)

You'll own larger, multi-location deals end to end — running discovery, demos, and proposals for US businesses consolidating their HR, payroll-prep, scheduling, and field-tracking onto one platform.

What you'll do

  • Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market and multi-location accounts, from first call to signed contract
  • Lead consultative discovery and tailored demos that map MyCo to each buyer's real workflow
  • Build business cases and ROI narratives for owners, COOs, and controllers
  • Coordinate with solutions and onboarding to ensure a clean handoff and fast time-to-value
  • Forecast accurately and keep the CRM current on every opportunity

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years closing B2B SaaS or services deals, ideally to SMB/mid-market
  • Track record of hitting quota and managing a multi-stakeholder cycle
  • Strong discovery and negotiation skills; comfortable talking price and value
  • Bonus: experience selling HR, payroll, workforce, or field-service software

Field Solutions Consultant

The product expert in the room. You'll partner with sales to run tailored demos, scope deployments, and show field-service operators exactly how MyCo replaces their current stack — no engineering required.

What you'll do

  • Lead solution-focused demos and answer deep product, configuration, and workflow questions
  • Map a prospect's existing tools (punch clocks, spreadsheets, payroll, texting) to MyCo modules
  • Build demo environments and sample configurations that mirror the buyer's operation
  • Handle technical and compliance questions (attendance, GPS, payroll-prep) in plain language
  • Feed recurring objections and feature gaps back to product and marketing

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in solutions/sales engineering, implementation, or product specialist roles (non-coding)
  • Ability to learn a deep product fast and explain it simply to non-technical owners
  • Comfortable presenting live and tailoring on the fly
  • Bonus: familiarity with HR/payroll/workforce or field-service operations

Customer Success Partner

You'll own the customer relationship after the sale — getting new US accounts live quickly, driving adoption across their teams, and turning early wins into renewals, expansion, and referrals.

What you'll do

  • Run onboarding for new customers: data migration, setup, training, and a clean go-live
  • Build relationships with owners and admins and guide them to value in their first 60 days
  • Monitor usage and health, head off churn risk, and surface expansion opportunities
  • Be the customer's voice internally — route bugs, requests, and feedback to the right team
  • Drive testimonials, reviews, and case studies from happy accounts

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in customer success, onboarding, account management, or implementation
  • Genuinely enjoy helping non-technical users succeed with software
  • Organized and proactive across a portfolio of accounts

You'll build the engine that fills our pipeline — running paid, content, email, and SEO programs that bring qualified US field-service buyers to MyCo and turn them into booked demos.

What you'll do

  • Plan and run multi-channel demand programs (Google Ads, LinkedIn, email, content, SEO)
  • Own lead targets, CPL, and cost-per-demo; optimize toward booked demos, not vanity metrics
  • Partner with sales on messaging, landing pages, offers, and lead handoff
  • Build reporting that ties spend to pipeline and tells us what to double down on
  • Test new channels and audiences and scale what works

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years in demand gen, growth, or performance marketing for B2B/SaaS
  • Hands-on with paid platforms, marketing analytics, and landing-page/CRO basics
  • Data-driven and comfortable owning a number

You'll be the friendly, fast first response for MyCo customers — solving problems by chat, email, and phone, and making sure every US business that reaches out leaves the conversation better off.

What you'll do

  • Answer customer questions across chat, email, and phone with speed and care
  • Troubleshoot setup, attendance, payroll-prep, and scheduling questions to resolution
  • Write and improve help articles, FAQs, and how-to guides
  • Log issues and feature requests and escalate cleanly to product when needed
  • Spot patterns in tickets and suggest fixes that reduce repeat questions

What we're looking for

  • 1+ year in customer support, help desk, or a service role (SaaS a plus)
  • Patient, clear writer who can explain things simply to non-technical users
  • Calm and organized when handling several conversations at once
  • Comfortable learning software deeply enough to troubleshoot it
  • US-based with authorization to work in the US
