Does MyCo handle residential and commercial cleaning?
Yes. MyCo supports both. Residential clients are managed as recurring jobs; commercial clients can have multi-day contracts with multiple crews assigned.
Can MyCo track supplies and inventory?
MyCo includes basic inventory tracking for warehouse and crew vans. For deep inventory management with reorder triggers, we integrate with QuickBooks Inventory.
How does GPS verification work if the crew's phone dies?
The system flags missing GPS pings. Crew can also punch in manually with a supervisor approval workflow. We don't want missing pings to block payroll, so there's always a fallback.
Does MyCo integrate with my booking website?
Yes. Lead capture works via webhook from any website form. We provide a JavaScript snippet that drops leads directly into the CRM, auto-assigned by territory or service type.
What about insurance and certifications tracking?
