How much does MyCo cost?
MyCo is $6 to $9 per employee per month for the full platform — HR, payroll-ready data, attendance, CRM and field tracking in one app. The exact rate depends on your team size and which modules you turn on; you get a firm quote on a 20-minute demo. Founding US customers pay $4 to $7 per employee after 3 free months.
Is there a setup or migration fee?
No. Done-for-you data migration and onboarding are included for every customer at no extra cost. We move your data from your current tools so your team doesn't have to lift a finger.
What is the Founding US Customer program?
The first 10 to 15 US field-service companies to join get 3 months free, then a locked founding rate of $4 to $7 per employee per month, plus free migration, free onboarding and a free business-technology consultation. In return we ask for a short testimonial after 60 days if MyCo earns it.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No lock-in. MyCo is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime, prorated. No setup fees, no cancellation fees.
Does the per-employee price include payroll?
The price includes payroll-ready data: attendance, overtime, leave and expense data assembled in one click for all 50 states. US payroll tax filing is configured during onboarding through your existing payroll provider — MyCo feeds your provider, it doesn't replace your tax filer.
